    16、ement, manufacturing and repair solutions. 1.3 Applessun Rules of the Road 爱浦信训言 “ 爱浦信训言”是指引你在爱浦信获得成功的业务戒律和文化信条。Applessun Rules of the Road are business commandments and cultural creeds developed to guide you in being successful at Applessun.- 导言 Preamble我们重视“授权”和“责任心”,使我们可以在日常的业务和运作管理中避免官僚作风。We foc

The commandments are not suggestions, they are the law, and apply to all Applessun people, at all sites, at all times. Any Applessun

    20、 person at any level may use the commandments as their terra firma when in doubt. The Cultural Creed comprises some basic principles we should all observe in the way we interact and conduct ourselves.- 戒律 Commandments1. 系统以外的采购不会在爱浦信出现,如果MRP系统中没有采购需求,我们决不会下采购订单。There will be no off-system purchasing

If the demand is not in MRP then we will not issue purchase orders.2. 如无附带正式采购订单,经正式批准的授权书(LOA),或客户工作授权书(CWA),则任何需求不可输入系统。No demand will be loaded into the system without a CWA (or legally binding equivalent) indicating a purchase order or an officer-approved letter of authorization (LOA).3. 没有价格及

    38、NT STANDARD2.1 劳动合同 Employment Contract员工入职当天,公司将和员工签订一份标准格式的为期1年的劳动合同。The company will sign a standard 1 year employment contract with each employee on their commence date.如果员工的工作表现达到公司的要求,公司将在合同到期时与员工商讨续约。 Upon satisfactory job performance, employment contract will be extended on expiry.2.2 试用期 Pr

    39、obation员工的试用期一般为三个月。Generally, the probation period is three months for employees. 2.3 附加雇佣条款 Additional Terms of Employment 所有员工都应理解,接受和执行以下的附加标准条款。如有违反,可能导致即时终止劳动合同。All employees are required to understand, accept and follow below additional standard terms of employment; any violation may cause im

    41、 HR department.2.4 工作时间 Work Hours公司正常的办公时间为周一至周五的上午8点30分至下午12点15分;中午12点15分至1点45分为午餐时间。The regular Office hour is from 8:15am to 5:45pm, Monday through Friday, with one-hour lunch break from 12:45pm to 1:45pm. 根据制造行业的特点,员工可能需要轮班工作:Due to the nature of manufacturing industry, employees may be require

    42、d to undertake shift work:早班:8点15分至下午5点45分Morning Shift: 8:15am 5:45pm晚班:晚上8点05分至次日上午8点05分Night Shift: 8:05pm 8:05am of next day上述的班次时间已包含1.5个小时的用餐时间。The above shift schedule includes half hour paid meal break.根据业务需要,公司可能会调整每天或每周的班次安排。如遇调整,生产部经理将尽可能提前公布调整的具体安排。Daily and weekly work schedules may be

    43、changed from time to time at the discretion of the company to meet varying conditions of the business. MFG manager is responsible for announcing changes in work schedules as far in advance as practicable. 2.5 考勤和准时出勤 Attendances and Punctuality所有员工应根据安排的班次准时上下班。除不定时工作制的员工外,所有员工正常工作和加班都应纪录上下班时间。All e

    44、mployees are expected to start work promptly at their assigned time and work the full number of scheduled work hours. All employees except those who are on flexible work schedule are required to record the time at the start and the end of each work session. This requirement shall also apply in cases

    45、 of overtime and all non-regular work time such as on rest days and on holidays when work is performed. 考勤有效时间:上班前30分钟和下班后30分钟的打卡纪录视为有效打卡考勤纪录。迟到或早退5分钟以上,系统自动扣薪半个小时。The valid time of attendance: 30 minutes before on duty and after off duty. A half-hour or actual hour salary will be deducted; whicheve

    46、r is higher, for late-coming or leaving early in excess of 5 minutes.考勤自助查询系统:公司所有员工都可以查询自己本月的出勤记录,可登陆人力资源部的考勤自助查询系统,网址是http:/?。此系统需用工号注册。The web self-service attendance system: All employees are able check their own attendance records, by logging into the HR web self-service attendance system. The website path is http:/?, registration with your Employee No. is required. 2.6 休假申请和批核程序 Leave Request and Approval Procedure所有缺勤都应获得直接主管或部门经理的书面批准或许可。员工休年假,产假/父亲假,婚假应尽可能提出申请。通常情况下,员工的休假申请将获得批准,除非该员工正在执行一项关键的工作,且不可能被其它员工替代。各部门经理对是否批准休假申请有最终的决定权。All absence
